get_y(point data item) results in a Data item with the Y coordinates of the Argument point data item.
Since GeoDMS 20.23.1 a Null point results in a null y-coordinate. Before, a null point of an integer point type (ipoint, spoint, wpoint, upoint) resulted in a number, -2147483648 for an ipoint; a null float point already resulted in null.
