combine_unit_uint8_16_32_64

Same as Combine_uint8_16_32_64, but without creating subitems.

Since GeoDMS 20.24.0 the relations to the factors are available per element instead: for a relation x_rel to the combined unit, first_rel(x_rel), second_rel(x_rel) and on, or combine_rel(x_rel, position). Build such a relation with Combine_data.
